With more than 20 years’ international experience in executive search and leadership advisory, Michelle has an in-depth understanding of balancing outcomes with the challenges of continuity and sustainability. She is skilled at connecting leaders with businesses undergoing transition and transformation.

With more than 20 years’ international experience in executive search and leadership advisory, Michelle has an in-depth understanding of balancing outcomes with the challenges of continuity and sustainability. She is skilled at connecting leaders with businesses undergoing transition and transformation.

Michelle has partnered with Fortune 500, ASX 200, and private equity backed businesses. She has worked across multiple sectors and countries, executing hundreds of leadership engagements.

Before founding TENTOFOURTEEN, she founded and ran an independent executive search consultancy in London, was part of a UK finance and financial services practice for a listed global executive search business, and also served as a member of the independent search division of another global recruitment business. She is an advocate of diversity and her research has examined the mechanisms that act to prevent the attrition of women within corporations.

Michelle has a MSc in Gender, Development and Globalisation from the London School of Economics and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from Birkbeck College, University of London.
